CroreBet Responsible Gaming: keep betting optional, or step away from it
Cricket prices and casino rounds are entertainment that can hurt. This page is the stop: age, money, time, and people to talk to if the stop is no longer yours.
The rules that are not optional
You need to be 18 or over. You need to be spending money you can lose without missing rent, food, travel or a debt payment. You need to be able to stop at a time you chose earlier. If one of those is already false, the rest of this website is not for tonight.
A practical way to write the stop is the note on session limits. Use it before the casino or a live match, not as a punishment afterwards.
Signs the habit has moved
- You raise stakes to get back to even.
- You hide the cashier from people you live with.
- You borrow, or you use money that was meant for bills.
- You feel worse when you win, because the session did not fix the mood that started it.
- You cannot keep a limit you set an hour ago.
One of these is a reason to pause. Several of them are a reason to ask for help outside a betting site.
Tools and outside help
After you log in, look for deposit limits, loss limits, time reminders and self-exclusion if the operator offers them. Switch them on while you are calm. They are less useful as a promise you make during a losing over.
For a conversation that is not trying to send you back to a lobby, use GamCare or GambleAware. They are established services with information in English. They are not Indian government hotlines, and this page will not invent a local number it cannot vouch for. If you are in immediate distress, contact local emergency or health services.
Three organisations worth bookmarking, none of them run by an operator and none of them run by this website:
- NIMHANS Centre for Addiction Medicine (India) — the addiction service of the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences in Bengaluru, a public hospital that treats addictive disorders, behavioural ones included.
- Gambling Therapy (international) — free online groups, forums and one-to-one support for anyone affected by problem gambling, usable from India.
- Gamblers Anonymous (international) — a peer fellowship whose meeting finder lists groups in Indian cities, among them Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad and the Mumbai region.
Questions about these articles, not about a balance, can go to contact. The commercial pages stay available for adults who still want them. They are not a treatment.
Questions players actually ask
Is there a minimum age?
Yes. Eighteen. If you are younger, leave. Do not borrow an older person's login.
Can you block my account?
This guide does not hold the account. Limits and closure tools, where they exist, are inside the operator after you log in.
Where can I talk to someone?
GamCare (gamcare.org.uk) and GambleAware (gambleaware.org) publish free help in English. If you are in distress in India, local health services and people you trust matter more than another betting page.
